The Baldwin seating chart kit is a STUNNING way to turn any wall or backdrop into your dream escort display!
Seating Chart Kit includes:
-A minimum of (30) 8"x10" acrylic or foam prints, split between photos and table assignments to your preference. You may split your 8x10 prints between photos and tables HOWEVER YOU'D LIKE. Choose a higher quantity by using the drop down menu!
- Velcro Command-type hanging strips to hang your photos.
- (1) Acrylic spacer tool to assist you in hanging your photos.
- (1) OPTIONAL acrylic header of choice
HOW IT WORKS:
1) Please upload your photos & seating chart in the upload boxes below OR email to lexi@rosiedayscollective.com
2) We will follow up with you within 1-3 business days of purchase with your initial design proof. You may request any edits or changes to your proof, and you will receive ONE FREE EDIT to your proof. Additional edits are $20.00.
3) Once your design proof is approved by you, we will make and ship your custom seating chart within 14 days.
Your chart may look slightly different than the example, depending on how many tables and photos you provide.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Acrylic is a semi-fragile material that may scratch or crack if dropped. Please take care when transporting your items.
Foam board is also a semi-fragile material with risk of denting or drop or pushed on. Please take care when transporting your items.

Custom seating charts are final sale. NO refunds or exchanges will be given. Please report any issues within 14 business days of receipt.

PROCESSING TIMES:
For our pre-made, customizable designs in the "Shop" section, processing time ranges from 0-10 business days.
Processing times on fully custom orders vary & will be agreed upon by The Magic Factory LLC and the client before the order is placed.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Shipping times vary based on the service selected by the customer. The below timeframes are estimates:
Standard USPS 1st Class Mail: 1-7 Days
Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
Priority Mail Express: 1 Business Day
UPS Ground: 1-7 Days
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
Once an item leaves The Magic Factory LLC office & is scanned by a shipping service provider, we are no longer responsible for it's whereabouts or wellbeing. Please purchase shipping insurance at checkout, if you'd like your purchase to be covered in the case of a shipping mishap.
If your item is damaged in transit, please let us know within 30 days of purchase, and we will do our best to assist and replace.

We make all of our products from high quality acrylic & wood. Acrylic measures approximately 1/8 inch think per layer. Wood measurements vary. See individual descriptions for more information.
